Some Links to My Favorite Model Sites

So, you think you want to start modeling, ey? Well I'll give you some links for some sites I like and some beginners sites! These are recommended by me!

People And Dogs

I got some eskimos from Alaska. It comes with one guy on those tennis racket shoes carrying a box and a guy on a sleigh with three dogs. I painted one guy green and the other blue. The dogs are painted brown and white, and my favorite, my dog (The lead dog). The dog in the introduction of my blog is that dog. I like it. It is my first people and animals I had in my history of modeling!

Ford Tri-Motor

This is so far my favorite model now. The Ford Tri-Motor is a historical plane, with, well three engines! And as well this models engines Do spin! This is a civilian plane that carries 10 people not including pilots. It carries 12 people with pilots. This model is highly detailed and a skill level* like something like skill level 4 or 5. The cool thing about this plane is that the wheels come off and you can add skis to them, so the plane can land in a snowy airports or in just plain snow. I used all the decals on this, and I used ALL my effort making this. I got tired though. So this is my Ford Tri-Motor.
*A level in which an age level can make that is recommended for that age.

My Latest Model Feed Back

I am working on the Ford Tri-Motor. This plane is Historical. I thought maybe I should paint first all the parts, then put it together. I made the body of the planes and the main wings. Quite nice. I'm painting them allunmum (color in Testors paint dictionary) This is my third model. So wait until I have it put together!
PS: The main wing is NOT in this picture, only the 2 sides, the bottom and the 2 bottom wing parts.

Bell OH-58D Kiowa Warrior

This was my second model that I made. This is my first helicopter though. The Bell OH-58D Kiowa Warrior is a military helicopter with 2 stinger missiles and rapid
fire 9mm missiles. This is a US fighter helicopter. That head looking thing on top is
a camera, so it can take pictures when it's off a cliff, then ambush. The top rotor
really spins, like my first model, The Pollution Control Plane. I painted it camouflage
when really it's just suppose to be military green or olive green. The back rotor is very
detailed, I think. It doesn't spin but it looks good. It's the size of my palm. It fits 4
people. 2 people in the cock pit, and 2 gunners or "turreters" in the back. So that's my
Bell OH-58D Kiowa Warrior

Pollution Control Plane

This plane is a German two engined plane. This was my very first model I made BY MY SELF! This plane is to follow large oil tankers and see if they are leaking or oil spilling. The plane fits 13 people and a 2 person cock pit. I'm not a big fan of my paint job since I know how good I've been making them now, but it's pretty good...
I don't know what the real name is, but I'll tell you later on, or something like that. This models engines really spin, so no gluing the propellers on. The only things I have to do to it, is to put 10 grams of weight in the front so it doesn't stand up on it's back. And I also have to put on string from the tail fin to the front. So that's my Pollution Control Plane!

Welcome to the Life of Plastic Models with Christian

To let you all know, I love plastic models, as well as fish. Plastic models are models you make using, well, plastic. You glue the pieces together then later paint them. I've made 2 models since I was here, in Africa. 1 Bell Oh-580 Kiowa Warrior and 1 pollution control plane. I forgot the name of the pollution control plane, but I'll tell you later in the near future. So this is my plastic model blog. Here we put up some of my models, and tell you people, my progress! I'll give tips for people who have just, just started modeling and give sites, where you cann get models on! Happy Viewing!
